Stryker is looking for a motivated and commercially driven Associate Territory Manager to support and grow our Cranial & Maxillo-Facial (CMF) business across Central and Southern Italy.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with indirect sales channels, key clinical stakeholders and internal teams, contributing directly to business growth and customer satisfaction in a highly dynamic medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution and monitoring of sales activities to achieve territory targets in alignment with the manager.

  • Coordinate and support indirect sales channels (agents and distributors), ensuring engagement, performance and pipeline accuracy.

  • Act as a key point of contact for customers following product implementation, ensuring high-quality service and long-term partnerships.

  • Support price negotiations and contract preparation in line with internal guidelines.

  • Manage and coordinate tender processes, ensuring timely, compliant and effective execution.

  • Collect competitive intelligence and collaborate with Marketing to support pricing and product offering strategies.

  • Coordinate logistics and product distribution activities (LTC, STC, demos).

  • Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, including head nurses and hospital administration.

  • Support product launches, promotions and educational initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Contribute to accurate forecasting and regular business reviews.

  • Support KOL management and understand individual customer value drivers.

  • Promote and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and ethical guidelines.

Territory

  • Central & Southern Italy, including Lazio, Campania, Calabria, Molise, Basilicata, Puglia, Marche, Umbria, Abruzzo, Sardinia and Sicily.

  • Preferred location: Rome or Naples.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional work experience, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector.

  • Strong understanding of hospital environments and indirect sales models.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

  • Commercial mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
