Job Summary

The Associate Technology Administrator supports daily IT operations across the bank. This role provides first-line assistance for users, helps maintain systems, and performs routine administrative tasks under supervision while learning compliance and security requirements for the financial institutions. This role ensures employees have reliable and secure access to IT resources, provides technical support, and manages inventory to maintain operational efficiency.

Pay Range: $25.09 - $28.69 - $33.17

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline technical support for all levels within the organization.

  • Assist with user account setup, access requests, and password resets.

  • Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices and applications.

  • Monitor systems and report potential issues to senior staff.

  • Document incidents, service requests, and solutions.

  • Follow security and compliance procedures in daily tasks..

  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets in accordance with SLAs.

ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education level required: High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
  • Minimum experience required: 2+ Years.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware, OS, and software applications.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote support tools.
