Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.

Position Description

The Associate Technician, Warehouse position is at our Animal Health Distribution facility in Omaha, Nebraska.  This facility is the sole distribution site of our Animal Health products, shipping through out the United States and 30 countries around the world.  With a strong emphasis on safety, the distribution facility just celebrated 6 years without an OSHA recordable incident. 

  • While working in a climate controlled warehouse, this position will perform a variety of warehouse activities.

  • Primary duties will be picking and/or packing products to be shipped to our US customers.

  • This may include the storing, handling, preparing for shipment and documenting of hazardous materials/waste.

  • Other activities may include, but are not limited to unloading, storing and loading materials in the warehouse using fork lifts, pallet jacks and dollies.

  • Performs record keeping, ensuring the accuracy and condition of delivered materials.

  • Adherence to company policies, procedures, and governmental regulations required.

  • Experience in picking and packing orders preferred.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience in picking and packing orders

  • Working knowledge of computer systems

  • proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Ability to operate a forklift & other common warehouse equipment.

  • Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment.

  • A lot of bending and twisting of moving various sizes of boxes up to 50 lbs.

  • Have to be able to do work in environment where you are repeating your physical task over and over for up to 6 hours.

  • Have to be able to stand on your feet up to 8 hours a day.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Two (2)+ years of warehouse experience

  • SAP experience highly preferred
