Associate Technical Analyst, Endpoint Solutions (Asset)

The Associate Technical Analyst, Endpoint Solutions is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing standards, processes, systems, and solutions governing endpoint technologies to create a consistent enterprise-level experience while driving down overall cost to the business. This role focuses specifically on endpoint asset management and logistics, supporting the overall Endpoint Solutions team. This role is full-time onsite in Zeeland, MI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Asset Management team in the IT Depot through logistics activities including, but not limited to
    • IT depot stock & asset management (receiving, inventory management, etc.)
    • Equipment staging, shipping, receiving, disposal, & physical processing
    • Coordination with other resources & business partners
    • Retail & showroom equipment setup & staging
    • General IT Depot upkeep & organization
    • Logistics supply management
    • Identification of process improvement opportunities
    • Equipment return facilitation, logistics, & processing
  • Uphold Service Level Agreements to ensure timely resolution and proper group ownership of incidents & requests.
  • Participate in service enhancement with focus on continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational skills with a focused attention to detail.
  • Experience with asset management platforms, processes, and concepts a plus.
  • Experience with warehousing, logistics, shipping, and computing equipment handling a plus.
  • Ability to operate in an autonomous environment while collaborating closely with the Asset team.
  • Demonstrated time management, organizing, planning, problem solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to solve technical challenges and learn the necessary skills to complete a given request.
  • Demonstrated history of success in a dynamic and agile work environment.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to communicate information, ideas, procedures and processes in a professional and consumable manner to diverse audiences.
  • Broad technology background with experience across end-user computing technologies and platforms.
