Associate - Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Hiring

TIAA is looking for a driven, process-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Pune team, focused on high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for US-based financial services roles. You will act as a talent partner, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean/X-Ray) to identify top talent for our growing organization. The ideal candidate thrives on volume, works collaboratively within a team, and has a strong background in financial services or corporate hiring.



Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • High-Volume Sourcing: Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques to maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Financial Services Focus: Understand the nuances of financial hiring to identify candidates for complex roles within the US market.
  • Process & Quality Adherence: Follow defined recruitment processes, ensuring high data accuracy within Workday ATS.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams, Hiring Managers, and the Global Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirements and meet performance SLAs.
  • Goal Orientation: Consistently meet or exceed volume-based hiring targets and team goals on a recurring basis.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of full recruitment lifecycle experience in US markets.

  • Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.

  • Hands-on experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruitment successfully.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Understanding of or experience with AI-powered recruitment tools.

  • Experience recruiting for financial services, Wealth Management, or FinTech sectors.

  • Strong understanding of US visa types (H1B, EAD, GC, Citizens).

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Willingness to work night shifts (US business hours).

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
