Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor client environments to ensure applications and systems are running smoothly.
- Verify system readiness before and after market sessions across APAC, EMEA, and NOAM regions.
- Monitor FIX connectivity and resolve or escalate alerts promptly.
- Assist in coordinating client communications (email, phone) for status updates and basic troubleshooting.
- Escalate critical alerts and issues to senior team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
- Learn and utilize internal monitoring tools and industry-standard platforms.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, or software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts(especially night shift) to support global trading markets.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model as per company hybrid guidelines
- open to any weekends not limited to Sat, Sunday
