About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Strategy & Operations Associate, Events to help shape, execute, and optimize our event strategy for marketing and sales pipeline growth.

In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone for our events — project managing high-impact sponsorships, conferences, and activations that bring us in front of our key buyer personas. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to ensure every event runs seamlessly, delivers measurable ROI, and elevates our brand in-market.

You’ll also help identify new event opportunities and creative channels that drive qualified pipeline and awareness among our target audiences.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

Event Planning & Execution

  • Project manage end-to-end execution for key events and sponsorships, from discovery and budget planning through onsite activation and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, internal communications, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership stakeholders.
  • Support onsite event activations and client launch experiences, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact engagement.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage event budgets typically ranging from $50K–$200K, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with event organizers, vendors, and partners to deliver flawless experiences within budget and scope.

Sales & Marketing Enablement

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align event goals with target personas, pipeline needs, and account priorities.
  • Partner with the Demand Gen and Marketing Ops teams to track leads, measure event performance, and report on ROI.

Event Research & Strategy Support

  • Research new conferences, industry gatherings, and niche events where our brand can have a meaningful presence.
  • Stay curious about emerging event trends, engagement formats, and competitor activity to inform future strategy.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or marketing operations roles (preferably in B2B or high-growth environments).
  • Demonstrated experience managing event logistics, vendors, and budgets of $100K+.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Strong project management mindset — detail-oriented, resourceful, and deadline-driven.
  • Comfortable analyzing event results and reporting on KPIs such as leads, engagement, and ROI.
  • Strong abilities to manage multiple internal stakeholders with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to travel (~25%) for event execution and onsite support.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo).
  • Familiarity with event technology platforms and lead capture systems.
  • Creative problem-solver who enjoys turning complex logistics into seamless experiences.
