About the Role
Following the recent acquisition of ACT Logistics by Iron Mountain, we are expanding our team to strengthen our secure, sustainable, and compliant asset lifecycle solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a best-in-class partnership that leverages global scale with local agility.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be a vital link in our "Chain of Custody," ensuring that sensitive IT assets are handled, tracked, and processed with the highest level of security and accuracy.
What You’ll Do
In this role you will:
- Receiving & Logistics: Manage incoming deliveries from corporate fleets and independent carriers.
- Asset Handling: Assist in the safe unloading of high-value computer equipment and pallets.
- Precision Scanning: Perform accurate scanning of IT equipment from pallets, boxes, and cages to maintain inventory integrity.
- Data Integrity: Complete data entry for all receiving documentation into our product and stock control systems.
- Inventory Flow: Distribute products to the appropriate warehouse zones for processing.
- Secure Packaging: Efficiently pack and unpack stock according to strict security and safety protocols.
- Manual Handling: Safely lift and relocate equipment and packaging materials as required.
