We are currently looking for an Associate Solutions Consultant to join our pre-sales team in Mexico. This is an entry-level, high-growth role designed for a professional eager to develop a career at the intersection of technology and business. You will work closely with our Senior Solutions Consultants and Sales teams to learn how to design and present next-generation Customer Experience (CX) solutions powered by AI and cloud technologies.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Sales Cycle: Assist the Mexico SC team in technical discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges and experience gaps.

  • Platform Mastery: Develop a deep technical understanding of Genesys Cloud as an experience orchestration platform.

  • Demo Execution: Learn to build and deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that highlight AI use cases (self-service, bots, agent assist).

  • Technical Support: Help prepare technical responses for RFx (RFIs/RFPs) ensuring our value proposition is clearly articulated.

  • Collaboration: Partner with senior team members to design solution architectures, including CCaaS, basic integrations, and APIs.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with AI trends and CX innovations to help identify new use cases for our clients.

  • Value Alignment: Support the creation of basic business cases and ROI models for prospective customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-2 years of experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.

  • Tech Curiosity: A strong interest in Cloud Computing, AI, APIs, and how technology solves real-world business problems.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities. You should feel comfortable speaking in front of an audience.

  • Proactivity: A "self-starter" mindset with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within the Mexico region.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems into manageable technical requirements.

  • Language: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required (as you will interact with regional and global teams).

  • Location: Based in Mexico, with the ability to attend the office and client sites for collaborative sessions.
