The Crown Is Yours

As an Associate Software Engineer, you'll launch your engineering career by working on the systems that deliver non-stop entertainment to millions. You'll write production code from day one, collaborate with experienced engineers, and gain hands-on experience with scalable, cloud-native systems. This role is your entry point into a high-growth team environment where you'll strengthen your backend skills while building impactful, real-world solutions at speed.

What You'll Do

  • Build and support the development of reliable back-end systems and APIs that power high-traffic applications for millions of users.

  • Contribute to production code alongside senior engineers, learning how to build for performance and scale.

  • Help investigate and debug software issues, building your skills in problem-solving and incident response.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to help launch new features and system updates.

  • Learn how to navigate changing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation using modern development tools.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or completion of a related technical program or academy.

  • Experience building software projects, whether through academics or personal initiatives.

  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

  • Exposure to object-oriented programming languages such as TypeScript, C#, or Java.

  • Basic knowledge of testable software concepts such as unit testing and automated end-to-end testing.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, along with effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • A keen interest in working on complex and high-stakes systems.
