Introduction to role
As an Associate – SEO Service, you will implement and optimise SEO factors across our brand websites to support high-impact digital campaigns. Working at the intersection of data, content and technology, this role turns insight into action, driving organic visibility and engagement that ultimately supports better outcomes for patients. Lead and execute keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush and BrightEdge to inform content and optimisation strategies.
Apply strong Google Tag Manager expertise to ensure accurate tracking, tagging and measurement across our digital properties.
Monitor, analyse and improve on-page and technical SEO elements, including site structure, metadata, internal linking and page performance.
Perform competitive analysis to identify content gaps, UX issues and design improvements that can enhance organic performance.
Track and interpret key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates and engagement (including time on page), turning data into clear recommendations.
Prepare and present regular performance reports against SEO goals and benchmarks, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
Use website crawling and audit tools to identify technical issues and drive remediation plans with relevant stakeholders.
Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, organic SEO trends and automation opportunities, translating them into practical actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed SEO best practices into content creation, campaign planning and digital experiences.
Continuously test, learn and refine SEO tactics to support sustainable growth in organic search.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science or Quantitative Studies
At least 5+ years of experience in Organic Search and having an Analytical sense to be able to drive data-driven projects for SEO growth.
Work experience as an SEO Analyst or similar digital marketing role
Familiarity with keyword research and management tools
Experience with Search Organic & Paid advertising
Proficiency on XL, PPT, Word will add more value
Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices
Knowledge on pharma SEO will add more advantages
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Experience working in complex, regulated or highly data-driven environments.
Background collaborating with global or multi-market digital teams.
Exposure to marketing automation platforms or tag management beyond GTM.
Ability to translate technical SEO insights into clear business language for non-specialist stakeholders.
