What You'll Be Doing 

Working directly with our Vice Chairs and senior coverage partners, you will play a central role in the Senior Relationship Management Group. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-touch client environment and requires strong judgment and a service-first mindset. You will coordinate across Global Markets, Investment Banking and Corporate Banking product teams to ensure seamless client engagement, timely delivery of materials and insights, and disciplined follow-through on opportunities, issues, and commitments.

The expected annualized base salary for this role is $125,000.

The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.

In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

How You’ll Succeed 

The successful candidate will partner closely with our Vice Chairs and coverage leadership and will be accountable for the following core responsibilities: 

  • Vice Chair enablement - Serve as a day-to-day partner to Vice Chairs by anticipating needs, coordinating priorities, preparing briefings and meeting materials, and ensuring disciplined follow-up on client actions, deliverables, and commitments.

  • Client engagement & meeting execution - Plan and execute client engagement activities in partnership with Vice Chairs and coverage teams, including meeting planning, agendas, briefing packs, client presentations and post-meeting debriefs/action tracking.

  • Strategic client planning - Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of relationship strategies for priority clients, with a primary lens on Global Markets wallet growth and engagement. Maintain account plans and opportunity pipelines.

  • Coordination, insights & governance - Act as a central coordinator across Global Markets and Corporate & Investment Banking partners to bring forward client insights and synthesize content (including markets commentary, product proposals and client briefings).

  • Research, market intelligence & updates - Research and monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, product developments and competitive intelligence relevant to priority clients. Translate insights into succinct updates and talking points for Vice Chairs and coverage teams, and proactively flag implications, opportunities, and risks.

Who You Are 

  • You can demonstrate 3-5 years of relevant experience in Global Markets sales/trading, CIB, markets strategy, or a related client coverage/relationship management role, with demonstrated ability to partner effectively across the Bank. You have experience supporting senior executives and managing complex stakeholder environments; strong knowledge of Global Markets products and CIB coverage models is an asset.  An MBA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation is preferred.

  • You communicate with executive polish. You can synthesize complex information into crisp, client-ready and executive-ready narratives and materials. You are comfortable building briefings and presentations in PowerPoint, Excel and Word with high attention to detail.
