Salary range (but not limited to):

47,100 - 57,500

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.


About the role

Take the driver’s seat in your career! If you love helping people and shine in communication, this role is made for you. As an Associate, Sales & Customer Service, you’ll be a trusted advisor helping Canadians protect what matters most. You’ll get mentorship, paid training, and a clear path to grow—plus an annual bonus and the opportunity for promotion after just six months.

Start date: May 11th, 2026.

Location: Laval or Sherbrooke office.

Training that sets you up for success:

  • First 3 months dedicated to AMF certification, followed by Systems & Products training

  • Full-time training: 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Your schedule

  • During school periods: minimum 21 hours/week with a schedule tailored around your classes

  • Outside school periods: full-time 32–40 hours/week

  • Includes Saturdays, statutory holidays, and evening shifts (ending at 8 p.m.)

What you'll do here:  

  • Be our customers' trusted partner: understand their needs and guide them to the best auto and home coverages.

  • Deliver a warm, fluid experience: respond quickly by phone and email with clear, helpful messages.

  • Transform exchanges into opportunities: conduct consultative sales calls, present relevant offers and close with value.

  • Build relationships that last: develop a solid network with customers and brokers, based on transparency and proactive follow-up.

  • Boost growth: seize cross-selling opportunities, encourage referrals and maximize renewals.

  • Simplify our customers' lives: manage billing (banking information, payment schedules, reimbursements) with rigor and empathy.

  • Guarantee operational excellence: maintain impeccable records and respect our processes and quality standards.

  • Target and exceed objectives: meet deadlines, improve enrolment rates, increase quality and contribute to premium growth.

  • Drive continuous improvement: propose ideas, support new initiatives and share best practices.

  • Act for a responsible future: put our environmental and sustainable development policy into practice on a daily basis.

What you bring to the table:  

  • Meet AMF requirements to obtain a property & casualty insurance licence

  • Willing to study and pass the provincial exam

  • Strong communication skills with active listening and empathy

  • Customer-driven and excited to develop advisory skills

  • French proficiency required: you’ll regularly serve a French-speaking clientele

  • Calm under pressure, great at multitasking

  • Team player who collaborates well and works independently when needed

  • Eligible to work in Canada; no Canadian work experience required

  • Comfortable in an inbound call centre with evenings, Saturdays, and occasional statutory holiday

   

Quebec AMF eligibility to join our training program in Quebec, you must meet one of the following:

  • College Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree; or

  • Attestation of Collegial Studies in Damage Insurance; or

  • Secondary Diploma plus 3 years of full-time experience in the Canadian job market

  • If your diplomas were obtained outside Canada, an equivalency will be required
