Your New Role
ハリー・ポッター ショップにて、商品を販売・管理していただきます。
ハリー・ポッター の世界観を大切にするショップの中で、空間や商品を通じてお客様へ特別なお買い物体験を提供、サポートしてください。
Your Role Accountabilities
フロアサービス：サービスやサポートを通じてすべてのお客様に快適なお買い物体験を提供
レジ業務：全般を担当、オペレーション改善構築
在庫管理：品出し、店舗倉庫における在庫管理、オペレーション改善構築
管理業務：時間帯責任者を担当（試用期間終了後）
お客様・従業員満足度向上における取り組みの立案・実行
職場における安全管理と改善に向けた取り組みの立案・実行
ビジネス最大化の為の立案・実行
パートナークルー(アルバイト)向けの育成など
1日の勤務時間の大半において、店頭の最前線に立ち、お客様へ直接サービスを提供していただきます。
また、オペレーション実行・改良およびパートナークルー（アルバイト）の育成に責任を持ち、お客様へ特別なお買い物体験を安定して提供できる組織を構築していただきます。
Qualifications & Experiences
ハリー・ポッターの物語や映画制作への理解と関心を持ち、IPビジネスに強い興味をお持ちの方
接客業経験のある方（正社員としての小売業経験がある方歓迎）
お客様満足を意識したサービス提供の経験がある方
チームで協力し、困難な状況においても問題解決、目標達成経験のある方
度重なる組織の変化に柔軟に対応し、常に最善の在り方を共に模索できる方
英語をはじめとした、多言語でのコミュニケーション能力のある方
スマートフォンを用いて、業務上の情報を円滑にキャッチアップできる方（Microsoft Teams、Outlook等を使用）
労働条件
1か月単位の変形労働時間制（週37.5時間が目安／最大週40時間）
勤務時間： 9:30〜22:00
シフト例）
9:30-18:00
11:00-19:30
13:30-22:00
勤務時間帯は運営状況によって変更する可能性がございます。
土日祝、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆）の勤務あり
休憩時間を除き一日中、立ち仕事、軽作業、屋外での作業となります
年に2回まで、5日～10日程度の連続休暇取得可能
社内公募制度により、上級職へのステップアップや他部署同職位へのチャレンジが可能
