**Job Overview**
Under general guidance, the Associate Quality Control Analyst will develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of applications and web platforms. The role involves both manual and automated testing to validate system performance and successful deployment.
**Essential Functions**
• Understand and review requirements, create test plans, and contribute to test estimation, planning, and strategy.
• Responsible for test planning, test case authoring, and execution for compliance products in client implementation projects.
• Execute test iterations, perform defect tracking, report test results, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with team members for defect resolution.
• Work closely with Developers, Tech Leads/Managers, Business Analysts/Consultants, and other project stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Coordinate with BA and development teams to resolve roadblocks and technical issues.
• Document, track, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Hands-on experience (or interest) in running test scripts and identifying areas of automation to improve process efficiency.
• Proactively discuss challenges, risks, and mitigation plans with the Manager and seek necessary support.
**Qualifications**
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (2025 Pass-out).
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to execute simple queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
