Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

The person in this position is responsible for the quality and proper functionality of Light & Wonder systems, games and products. and ensure compliance with both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Education / Experience:

  • · 3–5 years experience in Software Testing.

  • · Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science

Key Responsibilities

  • · Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on technical and functional specifications.

  • · Own end-to-end testing of assigned products and features, including regression, system, integration, and performance testing.

  • · Ensure product compliance with all technical and regulatory standards.

  • · Analyze test outcomes to identify root causes of defects and recommend effective, data-driven solutions to prevent recurrence

  • · Collaborate with development, product, and external certification bodies to triage and resolve issues

  • · Reproduce and troubleshoot field-reported bugs.

  • · Test and validate hardware/firmware

  • · Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of test activities, test data, and outcomes

  • · Deliver regular and ad-hoc quality reports and risk assessments

  • Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • · Strong analytical and debugging skills

  • · Hands-on experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, )

  • · Experience with any test automation tools is a plus

  • · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • · Proficient skills in MS Word and Excel.

  • · Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.

  • · Working knowledge of communication protocols (EX: SAS or ASP or G2S or QCOM) is a plus.

  • · Strong documentation and communication skills.

  • · Proficiency in programming languages, scripting, test management tools and defect management tools will be preferred.

  • · Ability to work well in a dynamic environment with a diversity of professional people.

  • · Knowledge with prompt engineering is a plus
