WHY DEPT®?

We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA.

We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.

At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build.

THE ROLE:

As an Associate on our Programmatic team, you are entering the fast-paced world of automated media buying. This role is designed for a data-driven individual eager to learn how technology is used to buy advertising in real-time. You will support our Programmatic Managers in the daily execution, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across diverse digital channels. You’ll be at the heart of the "science" of media, learning the technical ins and outs of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and how to turn raw data into successful marketing outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Campaign Launch & Setup: Support the technical setup of programmatic campaigns within DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon), ensuring all targeting, budgets, and flight dates are accurate.
  • Pacing & Budget Management: Daily monitoring of campaign spend to ensure budgets are pacing evenly and accurately according to client goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Pull and organize data for weekly and monthly performance reports, helping to identify trends and areas for optimization.
  • Creative Trafficking: Work closely with the Ad Operations team to ensure creative assets and tracking tags are correctly implemented and firing.
  • Brand Safety & Quality: Perform regular site-list and placement audits to ensure client ads appear in high-quality, brand-safe environments.
  • Optimization Support: Assist Managers in making tactical adjustments—such as bid changes or audience shifts—to improve campaign performance against KPIs.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing (experience in a media or agency setting is a plus).
  • A baseline understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and how programmatic buying differs from traditional media.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; you are someone who double-checks every setting and budget entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel—you should be comfortable with basic formulas and data organization.
  • Analytical curiosity; you enjoy looking at numbers to find the "why" behind the performance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • A proactive "get sh*t done" attitude and a desire to thrive in a technical, fast-moving field.

TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:

  • You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

  • We enjoy spending time together, working closely with other local colleagues, and getting to know one another. Our Buenos Aires offices (Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata) are fully equipped with refreshments and great common spaces!
  • Premium healthcare through OSDE for the employee and their immediate family members
  • Mendel prepaid card with a monthly allowance for grocery purchases
  • Monthly reimbursements for Wi-Fi/electricity expenses
  • Monthly reimbursements for training/English classes
  • 100% covered “Plan Total” membership at Sportclub
  • Access to a our benefits platform through Bonda
  • A flexible vacation policy
