We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Professional, Technical Support to join our Sales Journey team. This role supports both email and customer interactions, focusing on account activation, onboarding, and coordination with sellers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales support or experience in sales-related functions, particularly within the tech industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide email and customer support for account activation and onboarding
Coordinate with sellers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and support
Follow up on contracts to drive revenue and ensure timely processing
Manage quote renewals for software/license renewals
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer experience
Qualifications:
College graduate of any course; or High School Diploma (but should have at least 5 years functional experience)
Mut have at least 4 years BPO experience with Onboarding new customers, Renewals, Customer Service, or other related roles
Background in supply chain or IT distribution is highly preferred
Experienced with MS Excel for reporting and tracking
Strong time management and organizational skills
Average to Good English communication skills
Willing to work on day shift and mid shift and 10 days RTO/monthly
