Supervision of daily production activities.
Reducing RMW and Optimize utility usage
Focus on first time-right quality production
Monitor and improve plant productivity and equipment efficiency
Ensure highest quality of hygiene in all operating and packing areas.
Food safety, Human Safety, GMP, 5 S activities, etc.
What you need to succeed
B. Tech/M. Tech (Dairy technology)
2 to 5 years of experience in relevant field
Personal skills:
Shall have good communication skills.
Compliance to SOP.
Good knowledge of technology and quality
Good team player, Multitasking
