Responsibilities
Support execution of product strategy and delivery for one or more agile Scrum teams. Represent the customer to the product team based on product strategy. Partner with Sr Product Owner, UX Design Lead and Software Engineering Lead to assist in defining roadmap, backlog, and sprint plans. Author user stories and provide context for product vision, strategy and requirements.
Assist in the development and execution of digital product strategy. Support the customer product strategy by assisting Sr. Product Owners to define Key Performance Indicators that will align metrics to business outcomes. Regularly monitor and track progress. Provide metrics updates to stakeholders and other business partners.
Lead the team’s Agile process by running regular planning and check-in meetings, keeping the team aligned on goals, and prioritizing work so the team consistently delivers the highest-value outcomes.
Provide support to Sr. Product Owners during consultation with product stakeholders. Identify, communicate, and prioritize improvements that support the product strategy.
Identify new opportunities to drive value and deepen customer relationships through ongoing assessment of customer needs and goals. Adjust product strategy in partnership with leadership.
Required Qualifications
Strong business analysis and project management skills, with close attention to detail.
Hands on experience as product manager of software-based solutions.
Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to clearly articulate concepts and rationale.
Must possess a solid understanding of digital technologies and best practices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
1-3+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Strong communication skills to engage team, facilitate discussion, mentor team members and resolve conflict.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
Familiarity with mobile app development principles and user experience best practices.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new domains, including financial services and banking.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
