Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and observation.
Document and prioritize requirements based on business needs and objectives.
Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Map and document current processes and workflows, and design new processes to enhance efficiency.
Develop and propose solutions that address business requirements and problems.
Work with IT and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
Support project management activities such as tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process maps.
Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to all stakeholders.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Create reports and dashboards to present data findings to stakeholders.
Develop test plans and test cases to validate that the solutions meet business requirements.
Coordinate and execute UAT with business users, document results, and manage defect resolution.
Support change management efforts by preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to users.
Assist in managing the transition to new processes and systems.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and systems.
Recommend and implement enhancements to optimize business operations.
Ensure that proposed solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with business changes and system implementations.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to align business analysis activities with organizational goals.
Contribute to the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
