About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role:

The Marketing Intelligence product team in Tel Aviv is building the next generation of marketing analytics on the Salesforce Platform — combining Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Tableau Next to give global marketers a unified, AI-powered system of record.

As an Associate Product Manager you will be responsible for the operational excellence and field-readiness of our product suite. This role is focused on bridging the gap between product development and market execution. You will own the feedback loop between our global field teams (Sales/CS) and our Israel-based engineering teams, ensuring that our products are not only built to specification but are also supportable, well-documented, and continuously improved based on real-world usage.

You will partner with product leadership, engineering, design, Customer Success, and the global field organization to help ensure the platform evolves in response to real customer needs — from agentic data operations to cross-channel analytics and adoption at scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the MI product lead, to define and execute on AI tooling strategy for the entire MI product team.

  • Own the customer relationship with a select group of key accounts and ensure they are successfully onboarded with MI within 90 days of purchase.

  • Lead GTM initiatives across sales, customer success, and services teams including training and by managing the support channel for sales-related questions.

  • Take ownership of adoption dashboards, analytics, and measurement framework to ensure all stakeholders have full transparency on usage and account health.

  • Collaborate with engineering and data science to monitor product health and adoption metrics. Use this data to identify friction points in the user journey and advocate for fixes or enhancements that improve the overall customer experience.

Required Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in product operations, customer success, sales enablement, or a related field.

  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage processes, documentation, and cross-functional workflows effectively

  • Comfortable with data — you use adoption metrics, usage dashboards, and customer signals to inform decisions

  • Experience supporting sales or customer-facing teams through documentation, training, or technical guidance

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, design, and GTM teams

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in product operations, sales operations, or a go-to-market focused role

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, marketing operations, or martech platforms (experience with MCI/Datorama, Data Cloud, or Tableau is a strong plus)

  • Hands-on experience with UX design principles; ability to create wireframes or collaborate closely with designers

  • Interest in or experience with AI, agents, or automation applied to marketing or data workflows

  • Experience working on Israel-based product teams within a global organization

  • Aspiration to grow into owning product features and writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
