Your mission:

As a Product Manager – Localisation, you will own and drive the execution of Bitpanda’s product localisation strategy across multiple European markets.

Your mission is to elevate localisation from ad-hoc translation work to a structured, prioritised, and measurable product discipline. You will translate commercial, regulatory, and market-specific requirements into clear product initiatives and ensure localisation is embedded in quarterly planning and delivery cycles.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams, you will enable markets to progress from basic access to true local market fit and competitive leadership.

What you’ll do
  • Own and drive the product localisation roadmap across markets, aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and market expansion strategy
  • Act as the central point of ownership for localisation initiatives, aligning Commercial (Country Managers, Strategy), Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and Product teams
  • Translate local market requirements (payments, onboarding, tax flows, feature availability, disclosures, eligibility logic) into structured and scalable product specifications
  • Embed localisation into quarterly planning by bringing clear business rationale, prioritisation logic, effort trade-offs, and impact visibility
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of localisation initiatives, proactively managing dependencies and ensuring engineering capacity is allocated to agreed priorities

Who you are
  • 2+ years of Product Management or consulting experience, ideally in fintech, trading, or other regulated digital environments
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
  • Comfortable navigating regulatory constraints and translating compliance or operational requirements into structured product solutions
  • Strong prioritisation and analytical skills, with the ability to connect market needs to measurable commercial impact (conversion, activation, revenue, retention)
  • Structured, pragmatic, and execution-driven — confident in representing localisation priorities in planning discussions and driving alignment across squads
