Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Product Acceptance Specialist to join our Supplier Quality team located in Mesa, AZ!

Join the Supplier Quality team supporting Apache and Vertical Lift programs ensuring product conformance through audits, surveillance, non‑conformance control, and customer reviews while driving corrective actions that directly support mission‑critical aviation readiness.

Position Responsibilities:

• Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements
• Provides objective evidence of results
• Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring
• Identifies and documents discrepancies
• Segregates and controls non-conforming items
• Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance
• Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification
• Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• High School / GED Diploma is required
• Experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Experience performing product inspection
• Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar (QMS) Quality Management System standard

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Aerospace industry experience
• Experience with non-conformance (NCR) processes

Summary pay range: USD 49,300 – 66,700
