How you’ll LEAD:
The Associate Producer will be a key member of the Famehouse team, supporting production across E-commerce merchandise. This role will assist in managing the production lifecycle from product development through bulk delivery, helping to ensure timelines, quality, and margin goals are met.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Development/Production and partners closely with Artist Management, Creative, and cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new products across artist e-commerce platforms.
How you’ll CREATE:
Support the end-to-end production process for apparel and accessory categories, helping to ensure quality standards, timelines, and margin targets are met
Assist in managing sampling with vendors and ensure product execution aligns with tech packs; provide clear, detailed comments in partnership with Design and Management
Partner with design, development, artist teams, and planning to help track production timelines and key milestones
Build and maintain vendor relationships; support costing conversations, lead-time tracking, and capacity planning
Support production across both apparel and non-apparel (accessories and hard goods) categories
Track and report on production KPIs (on-time delivery, quality, etc.) and flag risks or delays proactively
Help troubleshoot production issues and identify solutions to meet deadlines
Ensure compliance with company standards and product regulatory requirements, in partnership with internal teams
Assist in managing labeling approvals (care labels, GSPR, etc.)
Partner with vendors and compliance teams to support product testing and quality standards
Collaborate with logistics to help ensure smooth product flow and timely deliveries
Maintain and update WIP reports to provide visibility to cross-functional partners
Support both quick-turn and longer lead-time production projects
Assist in reviewing reports and identifying exceptions in sourcing and development
Partner with the E-Commerce Consumer Engagement team to support product launches with accurate product details and timelines
Help track fabric and blank commitments
Escalate potential risks or production issues to management in a timely manner
Support sourcing efforts for new vendors and categories
Travel as needed to support vendor relationships and production oversight
Bring your VIBE:
~3+ years of experience in apparel production, product development, or related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Foundational experience in vendor communication and relationship management
Exposure to apparel and/or non-apparel production (accessories, hard goods a plus)
Basic knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and print techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Familiarity with PLM systems or production tracking tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Eagerness to grow within production and merchandising
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary Range:
$58,500 - $80,000The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
