Why This Role Matters - At RBC Private Wealth, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our High Net Worth and Ultra-High Net Worth clients. We’re looking for an Associate to join our Jersey team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting relationship managers and fostering long-term client relationships. This is your chance to grow in a dynamic, collaborative environment while contributing to our success in Wealth Management Europe.

This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the office at our Jersey offices.

What you will do:

• Be the go-to person for clients, handling day-to-day banking and admin queries with professionalism and care.
• Support relationship managers in growing sustainable revenue through RBC’s client-centric approach.
• Build trust with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Uphold compliance as the first line of defense, ensuring all activities meet regulatory standards.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate risks to maintain our reputation for excellence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.
