WHOOP is hiring an Associate People Business Partner to support the execution and delivery of People Business Partner work across the organization. This role will act as a trusted extension of the PBP team, partnering closely with People Business Partners to drive day-to-day employee support, support standard employee relations matters, and ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
As a critical partner in delivering a consistent, high-quality employee experience, you will own key administrative processes, maintain strong attention to detail, and proactively identify opportunities to improve how we support our teams.
