Meet the team:
Join our Malaysia Payroll Team, providing critical onsite payroll and timekeeping support for local employees and managers. We are committed to payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and delivering a high‑quality employee experience. This role works closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations in Malaysia.
Where you come in:
You perform and oversee end‑to‑end timekeeping data management and coordinate accurate and timely inputs to payroll vendors for processing.
You research and process payroll adjustments, including retroactive salary calculations.
You ensure payroll and timekeeping data accuracy, including managing Workforce Manager Time System and Workday integrations.
You follow up with employees and managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of timecards.
You monitor, escalate, and address any exceptions or discrepancies, in alignment with the commitment to defect‑free operations.
You report to management on identified process improvement opportunities, efficiencies, procedural gaps, or areas of concern related to timekeeping data.
You participate in annual, quarterly, and SOX audits, providing timekeeping and payroll support documentation.
What makes you successful:
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent relevant business experience.
You demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver high‑quality output while working under pressure and tight timelines.
You have experience with payroll and timekeeping systems such as Workforce and SAP, which is considered an added advantage.
You are proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal, to effectively support employees and stakeholders.
You bring a customer‑service oriented mindset and excel at resolving payroll and timekeeping queries efficiently and professionally.
