Job Title: Associate Payroll Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to support accurate and compliant payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries including the UK‑. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage UK payroll as a processing client using ADP iHCM
- Manage payroll processing for assigned ‑ foreign countries across the EMEA region.
- Collect, validate, and maintain payroll data within spreadsheets and payroll databases.
- Calculate and process Restricted stock award gains including Employee Share Purchase Plan gains.
- Adminstration of Employee Share Purchase Plan
- Maintain strong professional relationships with in-country partners to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Submit payroll data and supporting documents to local accounting partners.
- Input payroll information manually or via import into payroll systems for assigned regions
- Review and validate processed payrolls using gross to‑ net amongst other ‑reports.
- Prepare and raise employee net pay transfers as applicable.
- Prepare and process third party‑ statutory and voluntary payments.
- Maintain accurate, compliant filing of all payroll documentation.
- Prepare and park payroll journals for posting into SAP.
- Support onboarding and off boarding processing, including setting up new starters and calculating final payslips.
- Generate, review and submit monthly pension contribution reports and ensure accurate employee and employer deductions are sent to pension providers on time.
- Support the preparation and submission of statutory legal payroll reports required by local authorities across EMEA (e.g. Gender Pay Gaps, RSSI, Form 42).
- Maintain and update payroll standard operating procedures (SOPs) and country specific payroll manuals.
- Handle and resolve payroll queries in a timely manner.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests, providing documentation and reconciliation as required.
- Liaise with payroll vendors to clarify data queries and follow up on outstanding items.
- Support Finance and HR teams with payroll related requests.
- Support Merger and Acquisition activities.
- Stay up to date with legislative changes in assigned EMEA countries.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Job Qualifications:
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and SUMIF.
- General payroll or accounting experience; multi country experience is advantageous‑.
- French, Spanish or German language skills are highly desirable to support multi country payroll operations across EMEA.

Education Requirements
- Relevant certificates in Payroll would be highly desirable, for example CIPP
- Equivalent international qualifications will also be considered for candidates with strong EMEA payroll experience.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in payroll legislation, HMRC processes, or international payroll is highly desirable.
