Your Role:

Provide end-to-end order management support to Elanco’s Affiliate in accordance with established processes and work procedures, in compliance with Elanco policies and procedures and local/legal requirements. This role completes tasks under moderate supervision, suggests improvements to existing processes and solves typical problems within the team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Order & Logistics Management: Oversee the full order lifecycle, including international shipping documentation, warehouse coordination, and the processing of returns or credits to ensure timely global deliveries.

  • Financial & Tax Compliance: Manage invoicing and billing in strict accordance with Korea’s tax regulations, while ensuring all activities meet SOX controls and internal audit standards.

  • Korea Affiliate Support: Act as a dedicated partner to the Korea Affiliate by managing stakeholder inquiries and analyzing data trends to align services with local market preferences.

  • Process Improvement & Problem Solving: Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and collaborate across functions to lead system enhancements and process improvement projects.

  • Data Integrity & Operational Excellence: Maintain high accuracy in master data requests and work instructions, while flexibly supporting additional business-critical tasks as assigned by management

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent level of experience.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Order Management or accounting functions within a Multinational Corporation (MNC) or Shared Service environment.

  • Mandatory fluency in written and spoken Korean to effectively support the local market and proficiency in SAP ERP modules and MS Office tools (specifically Excel).

  • Language & Cultural Fluency: Proficiency in speaking and reading Korean, paired with a deep understanding of Korean business culture, customer expectations, and local regulatory requirements.

  • Advanced Order Management Expertise: Proven mastery of complex local order processes and cross-functional interdependencies, including full ownership of SOX and operational controls.

  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to resolve unit-level issues and make informed decisions within established procedures and policies.

  • Stakeholder & Customer Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively and communicate across diverse departments and functions.

  • Self-Driven Adaptability: Ability to prioritize tasks under moderate supervision while maintaining a positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced, changing environment.
