To support the opening of our new Oncology/Haematology and General Medical ward, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our dynamic team at Cabrini Malvern. This is more than just a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to be part of a growing specialty and team, contribute to service development, and further advance your clinical and management expertise within a highly supportive environment.
What the role involves:
Mentor and support staff, foster a positive team culture, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Work alongside a committed multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, patient-centred care
Develop leadership capability, influence practice, and be actively involved in the ongoing expansion and evolution of oncology and haematology services at Cabrini
What we’re looking for
Current unrestricted AHPRA Nursing Registration
Relevant nursing qualifications with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oncology / Haematology
Postgraduate qualification (or working towards) desirable
Working with Children Check (VIC)
Experience in quality improvement and clinical auditing
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support staff in a fast-paced clinical environment
Experience in performance management and staff development
