What You Will Do
- Provide clinical product support to all end users, including on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures.
- Train surgeons and operating room staff, offering both clinical and technical support for operating the company’s robotic arm applications, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure optimal placement and precision.
- Deliver ongoing in-services and customer education sessions for assigned accounts.
- Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with the RIO/Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopedic System, assisting surgeons with implant planning, sizing, and positioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues quickly and effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to increase product awareness, highlight clinical benefits, and build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff.
- Provide product-related feedback to support continuous improvement and enhanced customer experience.
- Be ready to travel up to 75%.
What You Need - Clinical support experience—for example, as a medical field technician, application specialist, or in a similar role.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to place customer needs at the center of everything you do.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High stress tolerance and strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Flexibility to travel extensively within the region.
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Fluency in English.
Preferences - Education: B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering (preferred).
- Experience: 1–5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Operating Theatre (OT) Exposure: 1–3 years of hands-on OT experience preferred.
