What you'll do:
As Associate, Middle Office – KYC and Client Onboarding Team Lead at MUFG in Manila, you will be entrusted with overseeing the full spectrum of client onboarding activities for Corporate and Financial Institution clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close coordination with Relationship Managers, Sales teams, Credit departments, and other internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient onboarding experience that meets both regulatory standards and business objectives. You will serve as the main point of contact for all KYC-related matters—guiding clients through documentation requirements, reviewing submissions for accuracy, escalating potential risks when identified, and ensuring that all processes are completed within set timelines.
