  • Independently review onboarding and KYC-related documentation for accuracy and completeness, minimising rework or refer-backs by focusing on first-time-right submissions.
  • Act as the primary contact for all client onboarding activities related to KYC liaison, document review, orchestration, and provide recommendations or support to coverage teams regarding customer acceptance.
  • Monitor KYC review deadlines for both onshore and offshore accounts to achieve zero overdue cases except in instances beyond team control; escalate red flags in financial crime matters as necessary.
  • Support customers promptly by evaluating requests with careful consideration of risk management and compliance requirements while striving for efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments—including credit teams and booking locations—to ensure smooth deal closings for GCIB customers and timely resolution of customer requirements.
