The manufacturing engineer will be an integral member of the Propulsion South Carolina team, providing planning support to multiple programs, projects and components. Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies.
Participate in Integrated Built Teams (IBTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
Develop, identify, and implement conceptual designs while maintaining the program architecture for build.
Lead and implement build plan definition.
Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability aligns with requirements.
Assist in providing producibility information for project plans and document best practices.
Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
Resolve technical problems that significantly impact performance, cost, or schedule.
Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts.
Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
Implement lean principles and technologies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
2+ years of experience in an engineering discipline.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Current or previous member of the Materials Review Board (MRB).

Pay Range Summary:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Associate Level: $85,000 – $115,000
Mid-Level: $103,700 - $140,300
