What You'll Be Helping Achieve
RPA is seeking an Associate Media Director to join our Client Orchestration team, leading integrated media strategy across the Acura business. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role for experienced media strategists who already operate with ownership, guiding strategy, investment decisions, and teams with confidence and autonomy.
The Associate Media Director serves as a primary strategic partner to clients and internal leadership, balancing long-term vision with disciplined oversight to deliver measurable business results.
This person will also play an important role in mentoring teammates and supporting the continued integration and evolution of our Client Orchestration team. We’re looking for a collaborative, proactive leader who enjoys working with others, takes ownership of their work, and contributes positively to a culture built on Respect and Results.

Compensation
The salary range for this exempt role is up to $125,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the position. Compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and competitively, with a focus on fairness, internal equity, and market alignment. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for RPA’s full benefits package and growth opportunities within the agency.
