Job Description:
We are looking for an Associate Media Director to lead strategic media planning and oversee the delivery of integrated, insight-driven media solutions across key client portfolios. This role combines strategic thinking, analytical depth, and cross-channel expertise to drive measurable business growth. You will act as a senior client partner, lead multi-disciplinary collaboration, and elevate the quality of media planning across your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead media strategy development and ensure alignment with client business objectives.
- Oversee multi-channel planning, activation, and performance optimization across digital and offline media.
- Collaborate with strategy, analytics, and creative teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.
- Build and manage senior client relationships and operate as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop media planners and managers, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality output.
- Contribute to new business pitches, internal initiatives, and thought leadership development.
- Analyze market trends, category dynamics, and audience insights to inform planning and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in media planning, strategy, or integrated communications (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of cross-channel media ecosystems, measurement methodologies, and planning frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large clients and multi-market portfolios.
- Strong analytical and strategic storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex insights.
- Proficiency in media planning tools, analytics platforms, and data visualization solutions.
- Excellent communication, client management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
