Job Summary

This role supports the execution of key marketing and communications initiatives within ACA, Medicare and Medicaid (Consumer Markets) Marketing. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing execution and thrives in an environment that values agility, continuous learning and strong teamwork. Experience supporting tactics such as web updates, email marketing, content governance and go-to-market deliverables will help this individual succeed. The role contributes to marketing strategies and content that support business goals and creates a consistent experience for our audiences.

Essential Functions

  • Support the implementation of marketing and communications strategies, initiatives and campaigns 
  • Project manage key initiatives with strong attention to detail 
  • Assist in developing and producing content and materials while meeting quality standards, deadlines and budgets 
  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned projects and collaborate with partners across Consumer Markets Marketing and the broader organization 
  • Support marketing functional areas through content creation, web updates, go to market product education and events 
  • Contribute to content governance by helping maintain accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand and compliance requirements 
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills 
  • Take projects from start to finish while working independently or on a project team 
  • Anticipate challenges, provide timely updates and proactively problem solve 
  • Manage day-to-day tasks such as updating documents, creating marketing materials and tracking project progress 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field 
  • Skills and experience typically gained through less than 2 years in marketing or a related role 

Preferred

  • Strong cross functional communication skills with the ability to navigate challenges and support resolution 
  • Experience in project management 
  • Experience in marketing, web content creation or a related field
