The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Meet the Team
Dexcom is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing team. This role is ideal for a marketer with strong analytical instincts—often from an MBA or media agency background—who is eager to learn quickly and contribute to building a world-class, purpose driven brand.

As part of the DTC Marketing team, you will support the execution and optimization of media campaigns across the full paid media ecosystem, while developing a deep understanding of how data, audiences, and creative work together to drive results. This role offers meaningful hands-on responsibility alongside significant opportunity for growth, ownership, and strategic thinking over time.

Where You Come In

  • You support the planning, execution, and optimization of full‑funnel DTC media campaigns across a diverse mix of channels—including TV, CTV, audio, programmatic, native, endemic, paid social, paid search, point of care, and emerging platforms.

  • You manage DTC trade and retail media activations, partnering with internal trade and sales teams as well as external partners to drive in‑store pharmacy and retail media initiatives. You also own hands‑on execution, including campaign setup support, QA, and tracking validation.

  • You work closely with the media agency to ensure strong execution, thoughtful testing, and disciplined optimization—asking smart questions and using data to drive accountability.

  • You analyze campaign performance across channels, audiences, and formats, transforming complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, and you help communicate results and key learnings to stakeholders and leadership.

  • You support first‑party data usage, audience segmentation, and campaign management from both an execution and optimization standpoint.

  • You assist with budget pacing, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization to ensure media investments are on track and aligned with goals.

  • You collaborate with creative, digital, analytics, and external agencies to bring high‑impact creative activations and partnerships to life.

  • You participate in the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process for DTC media campaigns, managing routing, timelines, feedback coordination, and compliance.

  • You stay current on media trends, emerging platforms, and evolving opportunities—bringing forward ideas rooted in creative thinking and performance impact.

What Makes You Successful

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in marketing, strategy, analytics, or a related field, with a demonstrated interest in media, performance marketing, or data‑driven decision‑making.

  • You bring exposure to paid media, performance marketing, or agency media buying—helpful but not required.

  • You are familiar with (or eager to learn about) the trade and pharmacy landscape, and you can work cross‑functionally to deliver effective media programs.

  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable diving into performance data, asking smart questions, and challenging assumptions.

  • You are detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing both administrative execution and higher‑level strategic thinking.

  • You are curious, proactive, and driven by a strong learning mindset.

  • You are comfortable operating in regulated or complex environments (healthcare experience is a plus but not required).

  • You are a collaborative, thoughtful communicator who is eager to take on greater ownership and leadership over time.

What you’ll get:

  • A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Learn about our brave #dexcomwarriors community.
  • A supportive, high-performing team that values, rigor, curiosity, and smart risk-taking.
