Associate, Marketing Experiential

Job Description:

Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized candidate seeking a challenging and rewarding employment opportunity in a fast-paced environment. The role will assist the Experiential Marketing team in the planning and execution of Cambria events and activations. This position will work cross-functionally with other departments within Marketing for overall project management and experiential support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including sponsorships, sports activations, product launches and trainings 

  • Help coordinate event venue selection, manage event budgets and invoices

  • Coordinate both internal and external communications pre/post event 

  • Develop and submit creative briefs for event marketing or promotional collateral needed

  • Provide continuity and critical communication for event logistics such as catering and transportation needs and help foresee additional needs and supplies

  • Serve as contact person for sales team and/or on-site contact when needed

  • Synthesize feedback and disseminate to the organization as needed

  • Serve as a positive, professional leader and brand steward when hosting either internal or external event guests

  • Assist with the development of activation plans, run of show documents, and other event planning guides

  • Assist the Galleries team by reviewing and routing requests and coordinating to completion

  • Assist the team with social posts on our internal social media platform channels

  • Assist others on the team as-needed and perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Systems: Proficient with Google Suite

Additional Requirements:

Managerial Requirements: N/A

Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally for displays, samples, and other marketing materials.. May need to bend, reach, walk, or stoop occasionally. Prolonged periods sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.

Travel Requirements: May travel between local Cambria locations.

Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $50,000 - $62,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
