Associate, Marketing & Communications

We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Communications Associate to join our dynamic marketing team supporting sustainable finance initiatives in commercial real estate. This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented, and analytical professional who is passionate about developing compelling marketing campaigns that drive business growth while promoting sustainability. You will work collaboratively to execute strategic marketing initiatives that generate leads and enhance brand visibility in the commercial real estate finance sector.



Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Execute regional and national marketing plans and campaigns in collaboration with Regional Originations Directors and marketing leadership

  • Support the creation and manage engaging content across multiple channels including email campaigns, websites, social media, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and thought leadership articles

  • Facilitate the design marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, and social media graphics, and coordinate event materials for conferences and industry events

  • Coordinate compliance review processes for all marketing materials, ensuring proper approvals and documentation

  • Support email marketing campaigns from creation through performance tracking, and manage social media accounts to engage target audiences

  • Assist with Salesforce and Pardot integration to optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing

  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies

  • Support PR-related tasks, sales enablement efforts, and conduct market research and competitive analysis

  • Manage marketing department expenses, budget tracking, CRM data entry, and file organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1+ years of marketing experience, ideally in commercial real estate finance, clean energy, or financial services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset and genuine interest in sustainability and commercial real estate finance
  • Experience with Adobe Express, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate and/or financial services marketing
  • Experience with social media management, SEO, PPC advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn), and analytics tools 

Please note: There will be occasional travel between the NYC and Darien, CT locations

Base Pay Range: $49,900/yr - $71,500/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
