Associate Marketing Communications Manager (Hybrid)

*This will be a hybrid role to our Portage, MI office, with the expectation to be onsite at least 2-3 days/week

In this role, you will support integrated marketing communications for Stryker’s ENT products and portfolios by translating business priorities into external communications, campaigns and sales enablement across launches and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate brings strong marketing communications expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross‑functionally while managing complex, fast‑moving projects, along with strong creative judgment and excellent attention to detail. Experience within medical devices or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
What you will do:
  • Support the execution of marketing communications strategy for Stryker ENT products across commercialization, launches and lifecycle marketing.
  • Use customer and competitive insights to develop differentiated, benefit‑driven messaging in partnership with key stakeholders and refine performance.
  • Translate commercialization plans into clear deliverables, timelines and channel plans.
  • Execute external campaigns, promotions and communications across appropriate channels to support adoption and engagement.
  • Create and coordinate sales enablement content aligned to business priorities and audience needs (e.g., collateral, presentations and digital content).
  • Ensure content meets brand standards and stays consistent, current and aligned across customer and sales touchpoints, then track performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day alignment by managing inputs, dependencies and timelines across partners/projects.
  • Partner with agencies and vendors to deliver high‑quality creative and communications outputs within defined scope and timelines.
  • Contribute elevated creative ideas, demonstrating an eye for design, strong visual judgment and awareness of emerging best practices in digital content and storytelling.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently and ensure communications align to established messaging and positioning.
  • Track success criteria, metrics and milestones and share actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Conduct post‑launch and post‑campaign reviews, capture learnings and apply improvements to future work.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant customer‑ and sales‑facing materials in alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
What you need (required):
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of work experience
Preferred qualifications:
  • Medical device or regulated industry experience
  • Experience developing and executing omnichannel campaigns and supporting tactics for product launches
  • Agency management experience
  • Experience working within a large matrixed organization
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite and marketing communications design tools
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Travel Percentage: 30%
