Associate Manager, Warehouse Operations

What you will do

  • Warehouse Management: Lead and optimize daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure high service levels, quality, and compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, engage, and develop high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Lead and deliver operational and strategic projects supporting growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • ERP & Systems Development: Drive continuous improvement and development of ERP and WMS solutions to enhance visibility, accuracy, and scalability.
  • 3PL Management: Manage and develop strategic relationships with third‑party logistics providers to ensure performance, compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Quality & Compliance: Develop, implement, and continuously maintain SOPs in compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 14001.
  • Operational Excellence: Proactively identify risks and opportunities, resolve issues with urgency, and embed Lean thinking across operations.
  • Financial Ownership: Set the annual departmental budget and prepare monthly financial projections, ensuring achievement of yearly financial targets.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to support new products, business growth, and organizational change.

What do you need

Required

  • Higher education or equivalent professional experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or warehouse operations, including at least 3 years in people management roles.
  • Proven leadership capability with a strong people‑centric and development‑focused approach.
  • Solid experience with ERP/WMS systems and data‑driven operational management.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).

Preferred

  • Experience in a regulated environment (medical devices, healthcare, or pharma - ISO13485).
  • Practical knowledge of JD Edwards ERP software.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including system or process transformation initiatives.
  • LEAN / Six Sigma certification and experience working with 3PL providers.
