Associate Manager, Trade Marketing

JOB PURPOSE
The Associate Manager, Trade Marketing will play an integral role in connecting our Marketing strategy with key Distributors and their strategy to create a win/win opportunity for all. There will be strong cross-functional engagement connecting Marketing with Customer Development and other relevant parties. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Relationship building and collaboration with Distributor Marketing teams to build strategic Marketing plan
  • Cross functional collaboration, mainly between Marketing and Customer Development, to align our internal strategy with the strategy of our Distributor partners
  • Asset creation to support Marketing activations at relevant Distributor partners
  • Data management and ownership of internal Marketing systems {KWERY for written descriptions and TAB for images)


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong relationship management with customers and external parties
  • Cross-functional management experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Foodservice experience
  • Marketing experience

Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.  

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.  

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
