About the Team
Our Globalisation Platform Engineering organisation's mission is to lead the internationalisation and localisation of Workday products and peripheral content. Our ambition is to provide a fit-for-purpose language experience to our customers by partnering with internal teams through innovative and emerging technology capabilities!About the Role
Lead and scale a high-impact G11n Engineering team with a primary focus on Cross-Organisational (XO) initiatives. You will mentor a diverse group of 6–8 engineers across California, Dublin, and Chennai, evolving them into a high-performing unit. Your team will own the end-to-end globalisation and localisation tooling for P&T, including our customer-facing Translations Hub and our NMT-powered Auto Translate Framework.
