The job is designed to develop and manage Tmall Super to support sales growth acceleration for SCJ China.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver Tmall super sales target and drive fair market share for key categories.
• Define customer category strategy, initiate yearly sales & marketing strategy for profitable sales growth
• Deliver monthly category sales target, ensure customer’s healthy business growth
• Drive GMV, and win for more value share
2. Account Management and relationship building
• Well understand customer features and needs, combined with SCJ strategy, initiate customer development plan
• Lead and effectively conclude annual negotiation with responsible customers.
• Build good relationships with customers, develop win-win cooperation
• Manage both distributor and TP for sell in/sell out/inventory/spending control and improve operation and communication efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross functions for regular SOP process, including logistical, finance, demand plan, NSO.
4. Strong acumen for market dynamics for potential NPD pipeline or customer tailor-made requests to drive channel relative portfolio.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor degree majored in Marketing/Sales/e-Commerce, or related areas. At least 5 years’ Ecommerce experience in sales and marketing field, prefer FMCG MNC background, and if have JD buyer working experience is plus

1. Language Skills Fluent in Mandarin & English (both speaking & writing)

3. Strategic thinking and business development experience
4. Business analytical skills and profitability analysis

6. Strong negotiation skills in tense situations as well as resolving conflict
Job Requirements:
- Full or Part-Time, typical work hours & shifts, days of week, whether overtime is expected, etc.
- Percentage of travel time expected, where the travel occurs, whether the travel is overnight
- Work environment, physical demands (if applicable)
- Full-Time, 8 hours * 5 days / week, work overtime in some days
- 20% Percentage of travel time
