The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 112,320.00 USD - 147,420.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. Our Lifestyle Brands team, based in vibrant San Francisco, CA, is looking for a Power BI Enablement Lead to elevate how the organization uses data to make smarter, faster decisions. In this highly influential role, you’ll define the vision, build the curriculum, and lead the internal Power BI enablement program for two beloved, design‑forward, sustainability‑driven brands.
As the Power BI Enablement Lead, you’ll guide and mentor a dynamic group of business users—trained to become Power BI developers—as you foster a strong, analytics‑minded culture across the organization. Your work will empower teams in marketing, innovation, supply chain, finance, and more to unlock insights, improve storytelling with data, and drive meaningful business impact.
We’re looking for someone who blends deep expertise in the Microsoft BI ecosystem with exceptional communication and coaching skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive, role-based programs and materials (e.g., documentation, hands-on exercises, workshops) for various skill levels (beginner to advanced)
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Power BI trainers and developers, promoting professional development and skill enhancement.
Coordinate team efforts, allocate resources effectively, and manage project timelines for training initiatives.
Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions (both in-person and virtual) on Power BI functionalities, data visualization best practices, and DAX formulas.
Establish support channels and resources for end-users post-training to ensure continuous learning and adoption.
Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business analysts to align training programs with the existing data infrastructure and governance standards.
Act as a liaison between the training team and cross-functional departments to translate business requirements into effective learning objectives.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics, with significant hands-on experience using Microsoft Power BI
3+ years of experience building a Power BI user program
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Microsoft Certified: Power I Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
Familiarity with the broader Microsoft BI Stack (e.g., Azure SQL Data Warehouse, SSAS, SSRS) is a plus.
Relevant training or instructional design certifications
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Position is Full-Time, regular business hours, Monday-Friday
Office work environment: San Francisco, CA office
Remote work available once a week after 90-day onboarding period
Domestic relocation is not available for this role
