The Associate Manager, Marketing is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing plans, focusing on industry events, social media, content, web, and other projects in collaboration with the enterprise marketing team.
In this role, you will:
Lead planning and execution for large tier 1 events across Deluxe enterprise partnering with marketing, product and sales to deliver leads and demand for Deluxe’s growth products
Partner with content team to develop content and deploy across Deluxe channels including web and social
Partner with marketing team to execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs in support of key account growth, driving revenue growth for Deluxe
Partner with sales enablement, CRM team and sales comp teams to manage enterprise cross-sell program supporting One Deluxe growth model.
Provides post-event tradeshow analysis on leads generated, budget spent and other opportunities gained as necessary. Other data analysis as needed (content and social metrics support)
Stays abreast of latest tools and technology for enterprise marketing.
Position may include other duties as determined by the company.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 7+ years of experience or High School Diploma and 11+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Hospitality
8+ years of working experience
Knowledge of marketing, and social content
Experience with event operations and tradeshows
Experience with vendor management
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
