Associate Manager, Marketing & Events

Minneapolis, MN, USA Full time

Lead planning and execution of industry demand generation events (specifically for B2B payments and data solutions) to drive demand, leads and revenue for Deluxe

Manage execution of email marketing execution for enterprise email communications (including emails for Deluxe Exchange)

Partners with other members of events team to develop specific strategies and tactics and executes on all aspects Deluxe’s hosted events (Deluxe Exchange, SKO and other sponsor events)

Supports brand and content team members for various enterprise marketing activities/tactics as needed

Partner with event team members to develop plan and execute on the annual sales incentive trips.

Provides post-show analysis on leads generated, budget spent and other opportunities gained as necessary

Stays abreast of latest tools and technology for enterprise marketing.

Position may include other duties as determined by the company.

Basic Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree in related field

Experience: 7 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree in related field

Experience: 8 years of related experience

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
