As an Associate Manage, Legal Strategic Contracts you will assist with implementation of the global contracting process in accordance with standard operating procedures and assist with the development of proposals, negotiation and management of contracts for applicable Stryker Divisions. The Associate Manager is responsible for evaluating contract opportunities to ensure contract actions are completed in accordance with applicable laws and policies. Under minimal supervision works with applicable Stryker Divisions and functional units to identify needed contract actions, and will prepare the appropriate course of action required that may include execution and management of the contract terms and conditions. The Associate Manager position may require the supervision of individuals or a team of individuals in support of the contracting process.
