HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…
You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate lease and fixed asset accounting, driving compliance with ASC 842 and ASC 360, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will help maintain financial integrity and enable strategic decision-making across the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
Prepare and/or review journal entries for accuracy and timeliness during close.
Prepare and/or review account reconciliations and roll forwards for accuracy and quality.
Perform or review key internal controls.
Prepare quarterly deliverables related to balance sheet and P&L analysis.
Assist with implementation of new accounting standards as needed.
Support internal and external audits through coordination of requests and follow-up actions.
Partner with the business on continuous improvement efforts, automation, projects, and system implementations.
Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities within the department.
Collaborate with Corporate Controllers, Division Finance teams, and functional counterparts for ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Draft and/or edit end-to-end process flows or desktop procedures.
Own administrative duties related to general ledger master data maintenance and user access approvals.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH…
You will interact with:
Staff and senior leadership across finance and accounting.
External partners and auditors.
Cross-functional teams including Corporate Controllers and Division Finance.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC requirements.
Extensive experience with ASC 842 and ASC 360.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated and proactive problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
CPA certification.
Relevant industry experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$83,500-$120,100Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
